Getting Started

Usage

A short tour of the dashboard and where to find your logs.

Once a site is connected, almost everything happens in the dashboard at app.hellolog.io.

Sites

Add, rename, pause, or delete sites, and manage their keys — rotate a key without downtime (up to two active at once) or revoke one immediately.

Logs

Browse and search every event across your sites: filter by site, user, event type, object, time range, or a free-text search over the message. Pages load with cursor pagination, so scrolling stays fast on long histories.

Usage

Current-month event counts per site, and whether a site is over its plan's fair-use limit for the month.

Billing

Your plan, its limits, and your subscription state. Upgrades go through a Stripe-hosted checkout; once you're subscribed, card changes, invoices, and cancellation happen in the Stripe Billing Portal — helloLOG doesn't build its own billing UI for those.

Settings

Account security: password, passkeys, and connected sign-in methods (Google, GitHub).

Reading logs in WP-admin

Free plan sites don't get a log view inside WP-admin — read events in the dashboard instead. Every paid plan additionally shows the Activity Log under Tools → helloLOG in WordPress itself, and unlocks API and MCP access.
