What each plan includes — sites, retention, and fair use.
Every plan includes every feature at that tier — the only thing that changes going up the ladder is how many sites you connect. Paid plans are billed annually.

Free is dashboard-only: everything still shows up in the dashboard, but the WP-admin log view, the read API, and MCP need a paid plan.
Retention
Retention is how long your events stay searchable before they're purged. Ingest works the same on every plan — retention only affects how far back you can look.
Fair use
The fair-use number isn't a hard cap. Go over it in a given month and helloLOG emails you a notice — nothing gets throttled or dropped. It's there so an unexpectedly chatty site doesn't go unnoticed, not to meter you.
Enterprise
Enterprise plans get a per-site retention override and are sized to the contract rather than a fixed site count. Get in touch for pricing.
